Fateback is down at the moment, and has been over a dozen times since last November.
I want to move my blog to a more reliable host. Blog*Spot is out; it's a pain to configure, and word validation may cut down on spammers but it also slows down my updates. I have a za.net address, but don't know how to configure it right (I'm guessing it has to redirect to somewhere).
Can any of you recommend a good host?

Re: A new Webhost for Blogger
Thu, July 6, 2006 - 1:25 PMHave you looked into WordPress.com? I've not used it myself, I went from Blogger to a Bluehost site powered by WordPress, but some people really like it. -

Re: A new Webhost for Blogger
Thu, July 6, 2006 - 2:20 PMMy only problem with Wordpress is that it's difficult to make a custom theme for it. I'm very good with HTML, but not with customizing that. -

Re: A new Webhost for Blogger
Thu, July 6, 2006 - 6:00 PMI think the free blog hosted at wordpress.com has limited theme customization too, but I could be wrong. When you host your own site with WordPress you can customize it any way you'd like of course

Re: A new Webhost for Blogger
Thu, July 6, 2006 - 6:44 PMi looove bluehost, but understand your pricing issues. And wordpress.com doesn't allow for much customization. I don't like that at all.
